Enigma is large enough to offer a wide range of services but small enough to avoid the silos that hamper the delivery of integrated campaigns – and there’s always more than enough work to go around. A TEAM MEMBER'S TALE

Joining as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Daisy quickly created brand-new planning processes and integrated a unique mix of digital tactics into her campaigns. She also demonstrated an ability to turn other people’s ideas and suggestions into defined, rigorously planned and activated campaigns. As a result, Daisy helped Enigma to leap forward significantly as an agency – and she became Head of Digital Marketing before celebrating her first anniversary at the company.

    Weekly fruit deliveries so there's no excuse not to have healthy snacks. Indulge yourself - it's not all fruit, fruit, fruit - you wouldn't believe the amount of cake that gets brought in.

    The collection of teas at Enigma is too vast to list. There's a well-stocked fridge with a wide selection of soft drinks and beers, but the latter are usually reserved for Friday afternoons.

  • Push yourself

    Everyone gets a personal development plan, so you can acquire new skills and capabilities that matter to you.

  • Get game

    We also have a fussball table and an assortment of games consoles.

  • Dogged determination

    There's usually a dog in the office, sometimes as many as five.

  • Bird brains

    If you like bird watching, we have kingfishers, cormorants, and parakeets just outside.
